So, how to make a pasta from a cherry without sugar. To begin with, we choose only well-ripened berries. We wash them, we do not need to remove the bones. We pour out the cherry in a saucepan and lightly mash it to make juice appear. Now close the pan with a lid and cook on a small fire for about half an hour, stirring occasionally. After that, cherries are removed from the fire and let stand for about 10 minutes. Now merge the resulting mass into a colander with large holes and wipe until the colander leaves only bones. The resulting pulp is thoroughly mixed.

Now take a smooth metal sheet with a frame about 1 cm in height and lubricate it with sunflower oil without a smell. Pour cherry paste on the leaf with a layer about 5 mm thick and send the sheet to a warm oven or dry it in the sun. Stand the sheet so it should be 10-12 hours. But here it's a matter of taste - if you want the pastille to come dry - you can hold it longer. After that, cut the treat into several pieces, turn them on the opposite side and dry for the same amount of time. Cherry paste can be stored in plastic bags in a cool place.
