As soon as cauliflower came to our country from the Mediterranean countries, the hostesses had the opportunity to diversify the home menu with delicious and healthy dishes. Now we will consider several options for cooking cauliflower with chicken.
Cauliflower with chicken
Ingredients:
- cabbage color - 400 g;
- chicken fillet or minced meat - 300 g;
- sour cream - 150 g;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste.
Preparation
We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 5 minutes. Passeruem on vegetable oil onions diced, add the pieces of chicken fillet and fry 10 minutes. We put it in heat-resistant dishes layers - cabbage (grease it with sour cream and sprinkle with spices) then chicken with onions too, grease sour cream, add greens. We place our cabbage with chicken in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes.
Stewed cauliflower with chicken
Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc .;
- chicken fillet - 300 g;
- red onion - 1 pc .;
- zucchini - 1 piece;
- cabbage color - 400 g;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- chicken broth - 200 ml;
- cheese - 200 g;
- olive oil;
- salt, spices - to taste.
Preparation
Chicken fillet washed and wiped with a paper towel, cut into cubes. Fry the meat in olive oil for 10 minutes. We put it in a separate bowl. Color cauliflower, we disassemble into small inflorescences and fry until golden brown over a small fire. Zucchini and onions cut into small cubes. We add vegetables to cabbage, salt, pepper. Mix everything well and fry a little. Chicken pieces are laid out to vegetables, pour broth, bring to a boil and stew for 25 minutes. Add sour cream, stir, sprinkle with cheese, grated on a large grater and remove from heat. We let the dish brew and serve tasty stewed cabbage with chicken to the table.
Chicken fillet with cauliflower
Ingredients:
- chicken breasts - 2 pcs .;
- cabbage color - 400 g;
- cream (30% fat content) - 50 ml;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon peel - 1 teaspoon;
- almonds - 50 g;
- green olives - 5 pcs .;
- green parsley - 1 bunch;
- salt;
- pepper.
Preparation
Chicken breast cut into strips, salt and pepper. We fill with a tablespoon of butter and lemon zest. We marinen 15 minutes. Cabbage is divided into inflorescences and fried in olive oil until golden brown. Separately fry chicken, until it turns white, combine it with cabbage. Almond for a few minutes, pour boiling water to make it easier to remove the skin. Grind the nuts into a crumb with a blender. Add the parsley, olives without pits, a tablespoon of oil to the bowl and mix to a homogeneous mass with a blender. We spread the obtained mixture to the chicken with cabbage, mix and stew for 7 minutes under the closed lid. Pour the cream, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Serve a dish without garnish.
Casserole from chicken and cauliflower
Ingredients:
- cabbage color - 800 g;
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- sour cream is not fatty - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- melted milk - 400 ml;
- butter - to taste;
- sunflower oil - to taste;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- onion - 1 piece;
- garlic - 1 tooth;
- black pepper - to taste;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- dill;
- salt.
Preparation
We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, we send it to a saucepan with salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
