Caesar salad with croutons - classic recipe

Grate the fillets with salt and a mixture of different peppers (black, red, white), cover with a film and send in the cold marinate for 2 hours.

Immediately start making crunches for "Caesar". In the frying pan pour olive oil, heat, throw into it sliced ​​large garlic. Fry until golden brown, then remove it, it will no longer be needed. Baguette cut into cubes, pre-cut the crust. Fry the resulting slices to a rosy surface.

Then in a hot frying pan fry whole pieces of chicken fillet on each side. Do not cover the frying pan.
