Preparation
First of all, we make a filling with cottage cheese for buns from puff yeast dough: curd cheese with sugar, add sour cream, egg, vanilla sugar and mix. It's good to stir it all. Raisins wash, and then pour boiling water for a quarter of an hour, and then drain the water. Add the raisins to the cottage cheese and stir. Puff dough is thawed naturally, and then rolled into a thin layer. Apply an even layer of curd filling and carefully fold the roll. We cut it into pieces 3-4 cm wide. We cover the baking tray with parchment paper and spread the layered buns. We stir the egg with a fork and lubricate it with the top of the blanks. - flour of the highest grade - 650 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- milk - 250 ml;
- sugar vanilla - 15 g;
- fresh yeast - 25 g;
- granulated sugar - 200 g;
- curd of medium fat content - 500 g;
- raisins - 150 g.
Preparation
To raisin swollen, pour it with boiling water and let it stand for half an hour. Now we start to make the spoon: in slightly warmed milk add yeast, half of sugar, about 200 g of flour and mix.
