Starting to prepare soup-mashed potatoes, we disassemble broccoli into links, and potato tubers are cleaned and cut into small cubes. We put the prepared vegetables in a saucepan, pour one liter of filtered water and put it on the stove to cook. After boiling, the contents of the pan are salted and cooked over moderate heat for ten to fifteen minutes to the softness of the potato cubes. We rub the onion bulb, shred cubes and passer until soft on the loose butter, and then add it to the pan to the ready vegetables. After that, when the vegetable mass is a little cool, break it with a blender in puree, pour in the cream and put the pan back on the stove. Warm up the soup, stirring, until the first signs of boiling.

Slices of white loaf or baguette browned on loose butter until a beautiful brown, and then, while hot, rub rubbed cloves of garlic and cut into cubes.

This soup recipe differs from the previous one primarily in the presence of chicken fillet. To begin with, we wash it, fill it with water, add salt and put it to rest. After thirty minutes, take out the meat, and in a saucepan we put broccoli cut into inflorescences and cook until soft for about ten minutes. During this time, cut the leeks and peeled garlic teeth, pass the vegetables on the loose butter and put them into the saucepan to the cabbage. We also send chopped chicken to the boiled meat and boil it for a couple of minutes. We now punch the contents of the pan with a blender, add to taste the nutmeg ground nut, thyme, freshly ground black pepper, salt, mix, pour in the cream and warm until the barely noticeable signs of boiling.

We serve the ready broccoli soup with chicken and cream, seasoning with garlic toasts, the preparation of which we described in detail in the recipe above, and adding a dish of boiled asparagus.

Recipe for soup-puree from broccoli and spinach with cheese

Preparation

Broccoli is boiled in a small amount of water or steamed for ten minutes. Cut the chopped onion until golden on olive oil, and then lay the spinach and cooked broccoli, add the water from the cabbage and stew the vegetables for twelve to fifteen minutes. After that, we break the mass with a blender to make mashed potatoes, fill with cream and grated cheese and warm up until the cheese dissolves, but we do not let it boil.

Separate to the soup you can serve croutons and fresh greens.
