Bracelet made of rubber bands "Modesty"

This time we will try to learn how to make a bracelet of rubber bands called "modesty", it can be weaved without a machine, on a slingshot, since it requires only two columns. But if there is a machine - this will only facilitate the task. In any case, you will need about 100 gum and a little patience. So, let's get started.

How to make a bracelet "modesty" of rubber bands - a master class

This bracelet from rubber bands was called "modesty" probably because it looks pretty nice and simple, it's not particularly wide, but still pretty attractive and bulky.

For weaving, let's take the rubber bands of two colors (in our case - red and yellow), about 50 pieces each. On the machine we need 2 front columns, the open sides of them look at us.

Performance:

1. Weaving bracelets from rubber bands "modesty" begins with the fact that we take a red rubber band and three times wind it on the left column.
2. Then we take another red elastic band and wind it doubly on two fingers of the hand. We put it on both columns simultaneously. Note that the beginning of the weave is slightly different, it is more complex and requires much attention. Then, a little later, the repetition of the three main stages will begin until the required length of the bracelet is obtained.
3. Now on two columns we throw an elastic band of yellow color, we hook by hook three turns of the first red elastic and we throw them in the center, hands we rearrange them on the middle between columns. We lower the whole structure down.
4. We pull on the red elastic band, we take off the bottom double red rubber band from the center of each column. Hands move everything to the center.
5. We put a yellow rubber band on both columns, wind the hook over the middle elastic band, pull it back, pick up the lower yellow rubber band and drop it into the center. We repeat on the second column.
6. From above see this picture: between the two yellow rubber we have 4 red. We catch first 2 right red gum and pull them to the right column. Repeat with the left side.

Stage one:

We lower everything down, we stretch the red gum. And it is here that the first stage of recurring actions begins, which we will simply do until we finish the bracelet. We grab a double red rubber band on the left column and drop it into the center, on the same column grab another red rubber band and drop it also into the center. Only after this we perform similar manipulations with the right column. We lower all the bands down.

Stage two:

Stretch the yellow elastic band between the two columns. We set the hook under the red elastic band on the left column. We remove it, we catch the yellow lower elastic band and throw it into the center. The same is repeated with the right column. From above we have the following picture: between the two yellow elastic bands there are 6 red ones.

Stage three:

1. We grab a single red transverse rubber band, which is located at the edge, and drop it onto the nearest column. We repeat from the other side. We lower all the bands down.
2. We put on the red gum, repeat the first stage described above. The difference is that we will capture each time an ordinary red gum.

We repeat the second stage: throwing a yellow elastic band, pushing out the central red gum, catching the lower yellow elastic band and throwing it into the center. And so from two columns in turn.

Then repeat the third stage, that's just between the two yellow elastic bands now and always we will now have 4 red transverse rubber bands. We take the most extreme of them to the corresponding columns in turn.

Repeat three consecutive stages until the moment, until we get the desired length.

Now we need the whole bracelet to be on the same column, for this two gums from one column to the other. It remains to attach the clasp, in this case we use the "c-clip" type of fastener. We put it on all 4 bands on one side, and on the other, we need to find the very first three-folded rubber band of red color and fix the clip on it.
