Every day it should be mixed and monitored when fermentation begins. After that, we squeeze the pulp through a sieve or gauze. The resulting juice is poured into prepared cans, we put on a clean rubber glove. On one of the fingers, with a needle, we make a puncture to let out carbon dioxide. In general, cider can be made without sugar, but then the wort will wander much longer. We put cans of cider in a dark cool place for 1-2 months. When the fermentation stops, the drink is poured, leaving the resulting residue in the container. Filter the cider. We pour it into a container, close it and put it in the refrigerator. Drink at the same time pour under the very top, tightly close, so that there is no access to oxygen. You can store cider for 3-4 years in a refrigerator or cellar.

When cooking apple juice, there are squeezes, which, as a rule, are thrown away. We use them for cooking cider. For this, we spread the squeezes into 3-liter cans by about 1/3. Add yeast, sugar and pour from above with clean water. We cover the jars and leave them in a warm place for 5-6 days before the fermentation process stops. Now carefully filter everything and pour the drink on the bottles. It is necessary to pour accurately, without touching the sediment. We close the tanks and put them away for storage.

Yeast poured into a clean jar, pour about 50 ml of warm boiled water. As soon as the cap starts to rise from the foam, we pour apple juice. We put the jar of juice and yeast under the water seal. The temperature at which fermentation will normally occur is 18-26 degrees. Days after 6-8, when the juice ferments, gently merge it, trying not to affect the sediment. In clean bottles, pour sugar, pour fermented juice, tightly close and leave for 14 days in the room. And then we put it in a cold place - a cellar or a refrigerator.

Each apple is cut into quarters and placed in a canvas bag. Strongly we tie it and put it in an enamel pot. Top with a wooden circle and crush the load. Next, pour in syrup, cooked from honey and water. We cover from above with a clean cloth. Leave to ferment in a cool place for about 5 weeks. After the specified time, the cider is drained into clean dishes. The remaining apples are again filled with syrup, the volume of which is equal to the volume of the cider. Again, after 5 weeks, the drink is drained. And we pour on the third time. After that, all 3 ciders are mixed together. We set the month to stand for 3.
