How does gymnastics work?

Mimic facial muscles work daily, when we frown, smile, eat, talk. But the problem is that when making monotonous movements, the same muscles are contracted, which means that the person does not pull up, but overstrains.

Rejuvenating exercises for the face allow you to load muscles that do not participate in the usual movements (chewing, etc.). This allows you to remove the wrinkles and "tighten" the skin in places where it has become flabby.
