It is worthwhile to understand that this drug is rational to use in the above pathologies only provided that they are caused by microorganisms sensitive to it. So, Abaktal is able to influence to a different degree a number of gram-negative and gram-positive pathogens, including:

- gonococci;
- E. coli;
- enterobacteria;
- Klebsiella;
- haemophilus influenzae ;
- mycoplasma;
- streptococci;
- chlamydia;

- closeridium;
- Borrelia and so on.
Active substance of antibiotic Abaktal
The active ingredient of the medicament in question is a synthetic pefloxacin substance belonging to the group of fluoroquinolones. The effect of this substance is that it affects pathogenic bacteria at the genetic level, blocking the processes of their reproduction. In each tablet and ampoule of the preparation, the content of pefloxacin is 400 mg.
