Why does not the motoblock start?

Step 1 - check if the ignition is on.

Step 2 - check the presence of fuel in the tank.

Step 3 - check whether the fuel cock is open.

Step 4 - check the position of the air damper. When starting a cold engine, the air damper must be closed.

Step 5 - check whether the fuel enters the carburetor. You can do this as follows: you need to fill the float chamber or disconnect the fuel hose and see if the gasoline flows freely. Difficult flow may indicate contamination on the fuel filter or in the air valve.

Step 6 - check the operability of the ignition system. If the candle is dry, then the gasoline does not enter the cylinder and the carburetor must be disassembled and cleaned. If the candle is wet, then the motoblock may not start because of an overabundance of the fuel mixture. In addition, it is necessary to clean the spark plug from the deposit and adjust the distance between the electrodes.

Step 7 - check the operation of the electric starter system.

The most probable reason for this lies in the air filter, which is either contaminated or just developed its resource. To begin with, the filter must be gently cleaned, and if this does not help, replace it. A malfunction of the ignition system or contamination of the muffler by the combustion products is also possible.
