- Mix 150 g of powder with clean warm water to obtain a uniform thick mass.
- Apply with hands or a special spatula on the entire surface of the skin, rubbing a little. The layer should not be too thin, about 0.5-1 mm thick.
- Wrap the body with cosmetic film or cosmetic plastic sheet, lie down and cover with a warm blanket.
