How useful is soybean oil?

The composition of soybean oil contains fatty acids:
- linoleic;
- oleic;
- stearic;
- arachine;
- linolenic;
- palmitic;
- myristic.
These substances are very effective for the prevention of diseases of the liver, heart, blood vessels, gastrointestinal tract, neoplasms. How to use soybean oil?
The recommended use of soybean oil by doctors is daily intake of 1-2 spoons with food. The product has a pleasant taste, so cooks add it to salads, sauces, cold snacks.
