With fish, carefully peel off the skin, cut through the ridge and carefully separate the bone from the pulp. Then we rub the fillet from two sides with salt and set aside for an hour, so that it is thoroughly soaked. Ginger rub on a small grater, pour sugar on it, pour in a little, soy sauce and dilute with water.

In a separate cup, mix lemon juice, sugar, water, tomato paste and ground pepper. Garlic is clean, crushed, and onions shink on the diagonal and we pass on vegetable oil to golden color.

After that, we put whole cherry tomatoes in a frying pan and, stirring, prepare minutes 3-5. Then pour the tomato mixture and stew for another 5 minutes. This time, we bred a small amount of water flour, so that there are no lumps, and poured out to tomatoes. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

We put the fish fillets on the oven, under which we put the pan, and bake for 30 minutes, abundantly watering the fish with ginger sauce.
