How nice and comfortable to be in a clean room, but the purity depends not only on the regularity and quality of cleaning, but also on the place where the garbage is later removed. Indoors and outdoors, garbage bins are presented in a wide range: just an urn, an urn with an ashtray, built-in or stand-alone trash cans with a lid, tanks with a pedal, a lid-swing or a pressure hatch. All these models combine the unhygienic nature of the garbage disposal process. In the article you will get acquainted with the emerging new generation of garbage cans - a garbage bucket with touch controls.
The main advantage of the touch bin is complete hygiene, since there is no need to touch the bucket to throw out the garbage, and the garbage is safely hidden by the automatically closing cover.
How does a garbage can with a touch cover work?
On the cover of the sensor bin there is a motion sensor that opens the lid when a hand with garbage is brought to it at a distance of 10-15 cm or touched by hand.
The sensor can work in three modes:
- standby mode when the lid is closed;
- operating mode, when there is movement above the surface of the bucket for more than 3 seconds, the lid rises and after 5-6 seconds is lowered;
- a mode of continuous operation that turns on if something is done over the bucket for a long time, then the lid remains raised for 30 seconds and then closes.
The main characteristics of the sensor bucket for debris:
- the case is made of stainless steel;
- inner bucket plastic;
- there is a fastener for a plastic bag;
- the bottom of the bucket is covered with a layer of nylon, so that it easily moves over any surface;
- volume from 3 l to 50 l, height from 24 to 77 cm;
- can work from conventional finger batteries, from the 220V network or batteries;
- There is an infrared sensor that automatically lifts and closes the lid.
Abroad, a touch-sensitive bin is widely available for a couple of years, but is still considered an amazing thing. They can be installed in any premises: offices, reception rooms, rooms for negotiations, lobbies, corridors, as well as in bathrooms and toilets. Adults and especially children will find it convenient and interesting to use a touch-sensitive trash can, which means that all garbage will fall into it, not on the floor!
