Features of the park
One of the main reserves of the Argentine capital is located in the area of Puerto Madero , near the Gulf of La Plata . The year of foundation of the Ecological Reserve is usually considered 1986, when a small park was broken here. Today the territory of the ecological reservation has increased many times and now amounts to 350 hectares.
The fauna and flora of the natural reserve are represented by typical species. The most, perhaps, numerous inhabitants of the Ecological Reserve are birds, among which there are many waterfowl.
