Pine River

Another famous landmark, which is on the River Payne and attracts tourists from year to year, is the famous Salto Grande waterfall, which connects the river with Lake Nordenkold. It is located at a relatively low altitude - only 15 m, but travelers who were lucky enough to watch this spectacle will never forget it. Powerful jets of greenish water, hitting from the falls, make a terrific impression.

How to get to the Pine River?

To see the river Pine, you need to be on the territory of the National Park Torres del Paine . For this it is necessary to make an exit from the town of Puerto Natales , which is located at a distance of 145 km, the trip will take about 3 hours.
