The picturesque lake Pheva (Feva) is a real treasure and a visiting card not only of Pokhara , but of the whole of Nepal.   2. The depth of Pheva ranges from several meters to a maximum value of 22.8 m.
  3. The width of the lake reaches 4 km, while the length is only 1.5 km.

What can you see in the vicinity of the pond?

Lake Pheva attracts many tourists both with its beauty and with its attractions :

  1. In clear weather, the snow-white peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagir mountains are reflected in the lake's water surface.
  2. Along the lake numerous colorful boats, catamarans, canoes and canoes that can be hired to take a short walk, meditate in the center of Phewa or simply admire local beauties, sunrises and sunsets. The lake warms up pretty quickly, and you can swim there.
  3. In the middle of Phewa there is an island on which you will find the temple of Varahi (Barahi mandir).
