In kindergarten without vaccinations

Recently, parents have often refused to give their children immunizations. By law, they have the full right to do so, only parents decide to vaccinate children . But when it comes time to arrange a child without vaccinations in a kindergarten, they have the following problems:

1. A pediatrician or a head of a polyclinic does not sign a medical card for a kindergarten without all mandatory vaccinations.
2. The head of the kindergarten does not accept the card without vaccinations, referring to the SES, which prohibits the taking of such children.
3. And, finally, there is no place for your child in kindergarten, as soon as you report the absence of vaccinations.

What to do in this situation?

How to arrange a child without vaccinations in a kindergarten?

In order to minimize your time and nervous expenses, visiting the above-mentioned instances, first of all it is necessary to study:

1. The Constitution, namely articles on the right to education, incl. and preschool.
2. Fundamentals of legislation on health.
3. Regulations on the procedure for admission of children to a kindergarten.
4. The Law of Ukraine "On the zahist population in the infectious wilderness", the law of the Russian Federation "On the immunization of infectious diseases" or the corresponding law of their country.

You will not find in any law a mention of vaccinations as a mandatory condition for admission to a kindergarten.

After this, the sequence of actions should be as follows:

1. You go to the kindergarten manager where you want to arrange a child, and agree with her that you will be taken there if there is a medical admission for visiting the kindergarten. If the manager is categorically against, then it is better for you to find another kindergarten, since according to the regulations on the procedure for admission of children to a kindergarten, it is she who accepts children. If the manager agrees, then you need to find out from her how your clinic formulates the admission.
2. In the clinic, a medical checkup for the kindergarten, and in case you are refused to write that your child is healthy and can attend a children's team, require to open a hospital for the care of a sick child. If in the clinic you are referred for additional research or in the SES, do not agree and ask for a regulatory document on which you need to do this. In case of refusal to sign the admission of the head or the head physician, demand a written refusal. You can threaten that you will go to court with the prosecutor's office. Most often, after such statements, a medical card is signed.

Arranging a child without vaccinations in a kindergarten is very difficult, but using knowledge of laws and perseverance, this can be achieved. And in no case is it advisable for the admission to buy a false certificate of the necessary vaccinations made or begin to do them in front of the kindergarten contrary to their wishes.
