How to present money as a gift so as to avoid banal envelopes ? After all, there is not always an opportunity to find time for shopping trips in search of a gift. In addition, some people prefer to receive money as a gift. There is one original and simple way: a shirt from a money note in origami technique. And do not be scared by the words "origami", "technique", because in order to fold a bill with a shirt and tie it will take no more than 10 minutes!
We will need:
- bill;
- glue;
- scissors;
- colored paper (for a tie);
- clip.
- The scheme of making a shirt from a bill is simple. We take a suitable note (it is clear that one dollar in our case is an example, not a gift), we divide it conditionally into four parts in width. And then the two extreme parts are turned to the center.
- Turn the bill on the right by 0.5 centimeters. By the way, it's more convenient to do this, focusing on the border between the drawing and the white edge on the bill. That lapel will serve as the collar of our future shirt.
- Then bend to the center of the left and right corners of the collar. Now conditionally we divide the bill by length into three equal parts. The lower third is bent upward. Make sure that all borders of the note are clear, so that the article has a neat appearance.
- After this, once again turn the bill so that the bottom of the maximum comes under the collar. Its corners will be held by the resulting rectangle. As a result, you should get a shirt, but without sleeves. To make this detail, again lower the rectangle down, straighten the side pieces in its lower third.
- Fold the sleeves along the fold line, which is already on the bill. Then bend the part again to the collar. Now our shirt is ready.
- So, you already know how to make a shirt out of a bill, but if there are several more free minutes, then it can be decorated with a tie. To do this, you need a small piece of colored paper. By the way, a shirt made of a note with a bright contrasting tie will look great! You can use multi-colored notes for notes with adhesive tape. Cut a narrow strip, the width of which should not exceed the width of the collar. Then gently bend the collar and insert a strip of paper under it. Cut out the tie from the same paper. It does not have to be a copy of the present. You can make it short and wide.
- It's time to start decorating the shirt. To make it easier to decorate, use a paper clip. With its help you can fix both the collar and the sleeve.
- Connect the both ends of the colored paper strip with glue. Here it is worth to be extremely accurate, as the glue in case of getting on the bill can damage it!
- All that remains is to paste the tie itself to the shirt!
If you are planning to present a hand-made article to a lady, then the stage with sleeves and a tie can be omitted. The collar of the resulting blouse-sleeveless shirt can be decorated with a small bow.
