High heels

The high heel today became a way of transforming the figure, although earlier it was treated differently: for example, in Ancient Greece, male actors were wearing sandals with a high cork platform before the performance, so that they could be seen better by the audience, and in the Middle Ages European inhabitants wore shoes similar to stilts to protect feet from dirt on the street. A high heel was of extremely practical importance, but everything changed in the XVII century, when they began to wear women who did it for a beautiful posture and a neat walk. At that time heels reached 20 cm, so the movement was actually on the toes. Today, fortunately, such models are not so common, but still, the high heel has remained one of the main female attributes.

The highest heels

Christian Louboutin once created shoes with a hairpin, the height of which was 20 cm. Now it is considered that these are the highest modern shoes on the hairpin: they are, of course, hard to wear, but not more difficult than the pair that got into the Guinness Book of Records, because the height of the wedge these shoes - 43 cm. Despite the fact that they are impossible to wear such shoes in everyday conditions on a wedge, which, it would seem, is more stable than a hairpin.

Unusual high-heeled shoes are created already for 20 years by the Romanian designer Mihai Albu: his models differ not only in their originality, but also have very extreme parameters - 30 cm heels. The famous bohemian personage, an avid lover of high hairpins, Victoria Beckham has not yet been seen in such high shoes. Due to the fact that many do not risk wearing such shoes, they are dusting on the shelf of the designer and are waiting for when there is that brave girl who is ready to increase her height by 30 cm and walk on these mini stilts along the street.

How to get used to high heels: the secrets of models

Fortunately, most people consider high that heel, which does not exceed 10 cm, but not less than 7 cm. Such a height is not worse than a 30-centimeter slender figure, and even better that it allows to look natural.

But nevertheless, many young ladies are uncomfortable even at this height: the knees do not fully straighten out and the gait looks angular. From what does this happen? Firstly, because for such heels you need flexible and strong muscles on your legs. Therefore, to get used to a high heel and feel comfortable, you need to maintain a physical shape.

Another reason why women find it difficult to walk on high shoes is a lack of experience. Getting used to the heels at once does not work, for this you must first walk for a while in them around the house, then along the street, gradually increasing the distance.

Many models, so that they go "at altitude", are recommended to do so: in the evening, when it gets dark (preferably accompanied by a young man), go out, shod high heels and walk fast. A week of such training will provide a beautiful gait in the daytime.

It is also useful for some time to see how the top models walk along the catwalk to visually memorize the pattern of movements.

How to wear high heels?

The main rule of high heels is a wide step. If it will be amenable, then the surrounding people will have a feeling that the girl has unbending stilts instead of her legs, but at the same time, you need to make sure that the leg is fully erect when the main weight falls on it. Therefore, the ideal option is a moderate gait speed and a wide model step.

Along with this, poor walking on a high hairpin sometimes creates the uncertainty that it can break. But the high heel has become comfortable since when two Americans have come up with attachments to the studs, which strengthen them and protect them from scratches, and also make it easier to move around uneven asphalt.

Also, to ease the female fate, orthopedic insoles for high heels were invented. Their use is not only convenient, but also useful, because when you wear shoes on the hairpin, the main weight is on the socks, and to reduce the "difference" in height, inside the shoes are put gel pads or insole.

Harm to high heels

"Too high heel is harmful!" - One voice is pronounced by orthopedists. And they, of course, are right, if it concerns daily walks on a hairpin. But if a high heel to combine with a low, then orthopedic problems will not arise.

Consequences of wearing high heels:

Therefore, you need to remember that everything is good, that in moderation: learning to walk on high heels is not difficult, the main thing is to monitor your health and use hairpins not often.
