This fruit is little known in our country, but it is very popular and popular in the cooking of Asian countries. Mangostins are small round fruits, 5-7 mm in diameter, in a dense skin from dark red to purple hues. This fruit is widely used in dietary nutrition, the treatment of diseases and the restoration of health. The properties of the mangosteen are determined by its biochemical composition:
