Everyone knows that sausages are not the most useful product. Therefore, too often they are not interested in getting involved. But sometimes you can of course pamper yourself and cook delicious fried sausages. Several original recipes are waiting for you below.
Fried sausages in pita bread
Ingredients:
- sausages - 8 pieces;
- Adyghe cheese - 150 g;
- vegetable oil;
- Armenian lavash - 1 sheet.
Preparation
The sheet of Armenian lavash is cut into 8 pieces of 4 cm each. Cheese is also cut into 8 slices. In each sausage we cut a cross-edge of the edge. On the edge of the strips of lavash we lay out a sausage, a slice of Adyghe cheese and wrap it. In the frying pan pour about 1 cm of vegetable oil, warm it and quickly fry the sausages with cheese in pita bread on both sides. Then spread them on paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
The recipe for fried sausages in sauce
Ingredients:
- sausages - 8 pieces;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- honey - 25 g;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml.
Preparation
Mustard is mixed with honey. Sausages cut in half and cut the ends. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and lay out the sausages, fry until red. Then we pour mustard-honey sauce, mix and blast all together for another 5 minutes.
The recipe for sausages fried in batter
Ingredients:
- sausages - 0.5 kg;
- vegetable oil - 200 ml;
- flour - 150 g;
- milk - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Sausages boil for 2 minutes, then drain the water and cool them. We cook the batter: beat the eggs with salt, add the flour, mix it and pour the milk in a thin trickle until the homogeneous dough turns out. Cook boiled sausages in dough and fry in a frying pan with hot oil until blush.
Fried sausages with cheese
Ingredients:
- sausages - 4 pieces;
- processed cheese - 100 g;
- mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lettuce leaves.
Preparation
Sausages are cut along half and slices are greased with mustard. We connect the halves, laying slices of cheese between them. That sausages in the process of preparation do not fall apart, we fasten them with toothpicks. Fry them on the warmed vegetable oil until golden brown, then carefully remove the wooden skewers. In the dish we lay out lettuce leaves, and on top we place sausages.
The recipe for fried sausages with tomatoes
Ingredients:
- sausages - 6 pieces;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- salt, black ground pepper, greens - to taste.
Preparation
Sausages cut from both sides into 4 parts and fry in preheated vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, then spread the sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper to taste, stir and fry for another minute. 3. Lay the sausages, fried with tomatoes, on a dish, sprinkle them with chopped greens and passed through the garlic press.
Sausages with bacon, fried in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- sausages in a natural shell - 10 pcs .;
- cheese hard - 150 g;
- slices of bacon - 10 pcs .;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- mustard 1 teaspoon;
- paprika - pinch;
- honey - 1 tsp.
Preparation
Cheese cut into thin, oblong strips. Sausages are cut along and we put cheese inside. We wrap them in strips of bacon and fry from all sides in vegetable oil until red. Lemon peeled, cut randomly and put into a blender, add garlic, mustard, honey, paprika and whisk everything to a homogeneous state. Serve the sausages in bacon to the table, watering them with sauce.
The recipe for sausages fried in a dough
Ingredients:
- sausages - 300 g;
- eggs - 1 piece;
- fresh yeast - 50 g;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- margarine - 50 g;
- water - 0,5 l;
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Yeast is bred in warm water, we add egg, salt, sugar and melted margarine. Stir the mixture until smooth. Add the flour and mix the soft dough. We remove it in a warm place. We lubricate the hands with vegetable oil, make small sausages from the dough and lightly roll them out or simply crush them with hands. We wrap the sausages in prepared pieces. In the frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the sausages in the dough to a golden color on all sides.
