How to make a fingerboard with your own hands from the ruler?
Creating a mini-skate from the ruler is the most popular way. It is necessary to prepare the materials:
- ruler;
- a simple pencil;
- file;
- sandpaper;
- capacity with boiling water;
- glue "Moment";
- a small piece of skin of any color;
- a marker of black color;
- small sticker;
- putty-proofreader;
- stationery knife;
- empty rod from the ballpoint pen;
- medium-sized needle;
- two round beads.
- We saw off half a ruler in length of 9,5 sm.
- With a simple pencil we draw a contour of the future skate.
- We grind the edges of the file. Then we clean it with sandpaper.
- We make a tail and a nose at a board. For this, it is necessary to saw the ruler in the bending points.
- In the tank with boiling water we lower the resulting board for several minutes.
- After the ruler becomes softer, gently bend the ends up. If the ruler breaks, then it's okay. You can glue it or gloss over the crack if there is one.
- We glue the skin on top of the board. Instead, you can use a mouse pad for a computer mouse.
- Color the surface of the skin with a marker. On top, if desired, you can stick a sticker.
- From a simple pencil we make pendants, sawing off small pieces.
- One side of the pencil is ground with a file.
- We paint a pencil with a white putty-proof-reader.
- We take a clerical knife and make a small notch, where we glue a piece of the rod from the ballpoint pen.
- We take two beads and a needle. To one side of the needle immediately glue the bead.
- We pierce the needle with one bead and glue the second needle on the other side. Thus, the wheels can rotate freely.
- We glue the suspension with wheels to the board. Fingerbord is ready.
Similarly, you can make a fingerboard from cardboard, only without resorting to hot water. It is important to choose a dense cardboard, because during the bends the thin can simply tear.
Using different markers and stickers, you can make several fingerboards and alternate them in the game.

How to make a fingerboard from a disk?
Preparing the toolkit:
- disk;
- mini skateboard for sample;
- ball pen;
- scissors;
- lighter;
- a skin;
- PVA glue.
- We put a ready mini skateboard on the disc and circle the ballpoint pen.
- Cut out the resulting shape from the disk (deck).
- With the ignition we melt the place of folds on the sides of the board for the skateboard. The disk will soften and it can be bent upwards.
- Glue on the top of the skin. Cut off the contour of the deck.

Homemade wooden fingerboard is difficult to do, because at home the tree will be difficult to bend without damage. It is better to give preference to cardboard or a disc.
How to make wheels for fingerboard?
To create wheels and suspension to them you need to stock up with the following materials:
- elastic;
- scissors;
- a simple pencil;
- the ruler is wooden;
- a jigsaw;
- glue;
- compass;
- file;
- proof-reader.
- It is necessary to take a thin gum and cut off two squares measuring 1 cm by 1 cm. These will be kind of shock absorbers.
- We take a simple pencil, cut off from it 2 sticks about 1,7 cm long. This will be the axis.
- We take a wooden ruler and compasses, which we circle around 8 small wheels.
- We connect the wheels in pairs and glue together.
- We take a simple pencil and cut the ribs with a file.
- One part of the pencil is glued to the first elastic band, the second part to the second elastic band.
- We take a putty-proof-reader and paint the wheels in white. We let it dry.
- Glue the wheels to the existing suspension. Leave to dry for the night.
