Fillers

Fillers are injectable preparations for contour plasty of the face. Their main task is to give volume in those areas where it is not enough.

What are the injections of fillers used for?

  1. Nasolabial folding.
  2. Change the shape and volume of the lips.
  3. Correction of the face oval.
  4. Correction of the contour of cheekbones and cheeks.
  5. Correction of the shape of the chin.
  6. Correction of the shape of the nose.
  7. Smoothing wrinkles around the eyes.

Fillers for nasolabial fold expansion

The wrinkles that form from the wings of the nose to the corners of the lips are called nasolabial folds. They appear by the age of 30 and become more visible and clearer with age.

To smooth this type of wrinkles, fillers are introduced directly into the area of the nasolabial fold and into nearby tissues. The essence of the method is that using a thin needle under the skin, a thick gel is injected, giving a volume in the area with a large depth of wrinkles. The filler, as it were, fills the crease from within and, thus, spreads it.

Fillers for lips

Correction of the shape and size of the lips is carried out, if desired, to increase their volume, or, if necessary, to correct the natural shape or asymmetry.

For lips, the introduction of fillers based on hyaluronic acid is applied. It is a natural component of young human skin, which makes the lips look natural after the procedure. Enlargement of lips with fillers looks very aesthetic and does not require a long period of rehabilitation, because Edema is literally a couple of hours, and the trace of the injection is almost invisible.

Contour plastic - fillers

To contour plastics include correction of the shape of the face, cheekbones, cheeks and chin. For this, various injectable drugs are used, which are selected individually.

The technique of introducing fillers can be:

  1. Classical - the injection is done under the skin parallel to the wrinkle.
  2. Progressive - the drug is administered in parallel, and perpendicular to the folds to create a subcutaneous skeleton.

Rhinoplasty with fillers

Funders can not fundamentally fix the shape and size of the nose. This procedure is suitable only for correcting the shape and relief of the back of the nose, eliminating small asymmetry.

The effect of using fillers in rhinoplasty is the longest - almost two years. In this case, drugs based on calcium compounds, rather than hyaluronic acid, are more often used.

Fillers under the eyes

Mimic wrinkles around the eyes are very difficult to smooth without violating the natural facial expressions of the face. Most often as a filler for the eye contour is used botox. This drug is safe and has a local paralyzing effect. Thus, small wrinkles are not only smoothed out immediately after the procedure, but also do not become deeper with time.

Types of fillers:

  1. Synthetic (permanent). Do not leave the body and do not resolve.
  2. Biosynthetic (long-acting). Dissolve and withdraw from the body only partially.
  3. Biodegradable (temporary). Completely dissolve and withdraw from the body.

The first two types of fillers are used very rarely because of the high risk of complications in the form of inflammation or rejection.

The third type of injection has no side effects and is maximally safe due to the absolute compatibility of fillers with human cells. The drugs of this subgroup are divided into the following types:

  1. Based on hyaluronic acid.
  2. Based on calcium hydroxylapatite.
  3. Based on collagen (human or bovine).
  4. Based on synthetic poly-L-lactic acid.
  5. Based on own fat tissue.
  6. Based on synthetic polymethylmethacrylate in bovine collagen.
