The straightening of the hands on the upper block is an exercise that will perfectly cope with the task of giving your arms a seductive form. Your triceps will work 100%! It is important to correctly perform this exercise for maximum effect:

  1. Stand up straight, feet shoulder-width apart, facing the top block. A narrow grip grasp the handle - your choice of curly or straight, hands on the sides, press against the torso, thus holding the handle at the level of your chest. Torso slightly forward. Exhale and straighten your arms in the elbows - but only by moving in the elbows, the upper part of the hands should be left immovable. Pause and go back to the starting position.
  2. The extension of the hands on the standing block can be performed not only by a narrow grip, but also by a wide back - in this case you will perfectly work the inner part of the triceps. In the remaining details, the technique of execution remains the same.
  3. If you take a V-shaped handle to expand your arms, then you will have a neutral grip, which comprehensively works out all parts of the triceps.
  4. Another option is extending the arms from behind the head. In this case, you need a rope or straight handle. A narrow grip grasp the handle so that your palms look up. Straighten your hands - they must be perpendicular to the floor. Slowly lower the hilt behind the head, making sure that your back remains flat and in no case rounded. Do not stop, return to the starting position.

For girls, extension of the arm in the slope is very useful, which allows to work the back surface of the hands. To perform, stand on the side of the bench, lean on it with your hand and knee on one side, take a dumbbell in your free hand, bend your arm at the elbow. With a free foot, you can easily rest on the floor, providing stability. Inhale, on exhalation smoothly straighten the arm with dumbbells, without changing its position. When the hand with the dumbbell is in line with your body, make a second stop and go back to the starting position. Do not act like a jerk, do the exercise at a moderate pace!
