Exfoliating Foot Mask

Rice-kefir mask

To prepare this mask, rice must be ground into flour (for example, in a coffee grinder). Then the rice flour obtained is mixed with kefir or sour cream in equal proportions, and a teaspoon of any vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) is added to this mixture. Put the mask on your feet, put cotton socks on top and wrap with polyethylene. The exposure time of the mask is 2 to 3 hours. Then rinse with warm water.

Milk and apple mask

Grind fresh apples in a puree, mix them with an equal amount of warm, low-fat milk. Apply, put on socks and wrap with polyethylene. After 30 - 40 minutes rinse with warm water.

Orange mask

This mask, apart from the exfoliating effect, has an antiseptic effect, helping to heal small cracks and wounds. One orange together with the peel to grind in a blender, add a tablespoon of sea or table salt. Apply on the feet with massage movements, leave for 5 - 10 minutes, rinse.

Tomato Mask

A glass of salt mixed with two ripe, mashed tomatoes in mashed potatoes, applied to the feet for 5-10 minutes, then washed off.

Mask of almonds, oatmeal and sour cream

Grind in a coffee grinder oat flakes and almonds, taken on a tablespoon. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix thoroughly. Apply the mixture on the feet for 5 - 10 minutes, then rinse.

Mask with aspirin

This mask is suitable for very hardened skin of the feet. Dissolve 10 crushed aspirin tablets in water to a mushy state, add a few drops of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the feet and cover with polyethylene. After 15 minutes, wash off the mask, after which it can be processed with pumice stone.

Exfoliating masks for the feet are recommended to be done at least once a week. Before applying the mask, the feet should be steamed in warm water.
