It requires not too intense physical exertion, it is not recommended to drive it up steep stairs. This is due to the fact that this breed is prone to improper formation of the backbone and paws, so it is better to save it from excessive loads. But this does not mean that the Leonberger does not need movement. On the contrary, he enjoys developing in nature, swimming in water and accompanying the owner in long walks.
