And we want to offer you simple recipes for making delicious cupcakes (and a dough for them), in molds of various kinds, each of which will give you great pleasure and no hassle.
The simplest recipe for muffins in silicone molds
- eggs of chicken - 3 pieces;
- kefir (fatty) - 2/3 cup;
- cream margarine - 170 g;
- wheat flour - 375 g;
- granulated sugar - 190 g;
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
- raisins (dark) - 80 g;
- crushed walnuts - 80 g.
Separate the contents of chicken eggs from the shell into a deep bowl. Then add kefir, melted cream margarine to them, pour out the sugar and beat everything with a mixer until the grains are dissolved. Directly to this mixture we sift the wheat flour, baking powder and knead the dough mixer with a special mixer. Raisins pour boiling water, which is drained after 5 minutes. Pour the steamed raisins with flour and add to the dough together with crushed walnuts. We lay out everything in prepared molds from silicone, filling them with a test only, half and put in a well-heated oven, up to 180 degrees. After 25 minutes our keksiki will be ready!

A simple recipe for chocolate muffins in paper molds
- flour - 280 g;
- dark chocolate bar - 80 g;
- cocoa powder 3.5 tbsp. spoons;

- eggs - 2 pieces;
- butter - 85 g;
- baking powder for baking - 2 tsp.
To the softened creamy oil, we pour out the sugar, add the eggs, fatty sour cream and break everything into a mixer. We pour out the baking powder, cocoa powder, sifted flour, take a spoon and knead it well with a dough. In order to taste the cupcakes was more saturated with chocolate, we three on a large grater dark chocolate and add to the total mass, carefully stirring everything.
Since the paper molds are mainly made of thin baking paper and when dough is applied in them, they can be deformed, then we advise placing them in ordinary, iron molds.
