Cromohexal for inhalation is a colorless or light yellow transparent solution, put up in plastic ampoules-nebulas with a volume of 2 ml. The active substance of the preparation is cromoglycic acid (in the form of disodium salt), the auxiliary substance is distilled water.

With the systematic use of Kromohexal, the symptoms of allergic inflammation in the respiratory system decrease. The drug is able to inhibit the early and late stages of an allergic reaction, preventing the degranulation of mast cells and the release of biologically active substances from them - mediators of allergy (histamine, prostaglandins, bradykinin, leukotrienes, etc.).

In addition, inhalations with Kromoeksalom can reduce the intake of other medicines - bronchodilators and glucocorticoids.
