Chicken drumsticks and dry. Then, remove a part of the bone (leave a small piece of the bone from below the shin to keep the shape). In the deep bowl, add the legs, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add soy sauce, let through the garlic press, mix and leave the tibia pickled for at least an hour, or more. Then fry them in a frying pan to a crispy crust. When the shins slightly cool, in the center of each (in the place where the bone was), we put a slice of cheese, rolled up with a roll. Mushrooms cut into small pieces, chop the onion and fry everything in a pan until the liquid evaporates.

To prepare the dough, first heat the milk a little, so that it is slightly warm, then add the shakes and sugar. Leave somewhere for 15 minutes to allow the yeast to swell, and then mix. In the resulting mass, add a pinch of salt, vegetable oil and 1 egg, mix well. Then slowly introduce sifted flour. We knead the dough, it should turn out to be soft and elastic. Cover the container with the test towel or napkin and put in a warm place. When it increases by a volume of about 2 times, we knead it and divide it into 7 balls. Again, cover the balls from the dough with a napkin and leave for about another half an hour, so that the dough still comes up. Each ball is rolled into a layer about 15 cm in diameter. In the center of the circles, we fill a teaspoon of ground biscuits, lay out the mushrooms. On each circle we make 3 notches about 1.5 cm each - 3 petals are obtained. Now, put the shin in the center of the mug, wrap it with one of the petals, connect the edges. We also do the rest of the petals. The edges of the dough slightly bend, it turns out as if the defenses. Now, the form is lubricated with oil, sprinkled with ground breadcrumbs and we put our chicken legs in a yeast test. Each of them is greased with a beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Chicken drumsticks, baked in yeast dough, look very original on the table, and they taste just delicious.

Chicken legs in puff pastry

The recipe for chicken drumstick in a puff pastry is very simple. Thanks to the fact that such a dough can be bought ready, it takes very little time for cooking, and the dish is full and tasty.

Pre-washed and dried legs rubbed with a mixture of salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Hard cheese cut into slices and laid under the skin. The dough is pre-defrosted, rolled out and cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Each shin is wrapped with strips of dough, sprinkled with sesame seeds, placed on a baking sheet, oiled, and baked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. If you love to have a chicken with a ruddy crust, you can pre-fry the shanks until golden in a frying pan, cool a bit, and then wrap and bake. Stuffed with cheese, chicken legs in the dough are very delicate and juicy.
