Preparation

Ingredients:

- rum gold or dark - 40-50 ml;

- tiny ring of hot red pepper;
- juice of lime or lemon - a few drops to taste.
Preparation

- yoghurt milk classic or Greek natural live (without additives and preservatives) - 100 ml;
- strong chilled cocoa (1 teaspoon with a slice of cocoa + 1 teaspoon sugar for 50 ml of water);
- banana pulp of medium ripeness.
Preparation
In a glass we spread (or we pour, depends on density) yoghurt. Add small pieces of banana pulp. Top with cocoa. Slightly mix, not seeking to bring to uniformity. Serve with a spoon.
