Ingredients:
- onions - 400 g;
- chicken liver - 600 g;
- curry - 15 g;
- salt;
- pepper;
- vegetable oil;
- water 100 ml.
Preparation
Onions shred a little. My liver, cut into pieces and while we set aside. We boil water, we warm the onion in a warmed oil until light rudeness. Do not overcook it. Add the previously prepared liver and cook for 7-8 minutes. Then salt, pepper, add curry for piquancy, stir well, pour in water and stew for 10 minutes under the lid.
Chicken liver sauce with sour cream
Ingredients:
- carrots - 200 g;
- chicken liver - 450 g;
- onion - 130 g;
- natural liquid honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- thick sour cream - 240 g;
- vegetable oil - 40 ml;
- salt;
- nutmeg;
- black pepper powder.
Preparation
Onion shred by half rings and send it to a frying pan with heated oil. Passer it about 5 minutes, then add the carrots, grated on a grater with large teeth. Stir and fry another 5 minutes. Themselves, without losing time for nothing, mine and lightly dry the liver. We send it to the pan with vegetables. Fry it over medium heat for 5 minutes. Sour cream mixed with honey, add salt, spices and mix. Fill the resulting sauce with liver and simmer for another 7 minutes.
