A chest of drawers (from the French "proper, comfortable") is called a low cabinet with drawers intended for storing clothes. It consists of a table top, four pull-out drawers placed above one another, a socle or legs. The width of the standard chest does not exceed 100 cm, and the height - 130 cm, which allows you to freely open any boxes located in 1 row. Usually the depth of the boxes is 40-60 cm. Low chests of length more than 2 m and a height of 1 m are equipped with two or three rows of boxes.
