Canned sweet peppers are a separate culinary pleasure. Filled with a salty marinade, it can be served with meat dishes and side dishes, and in a company with an abundance of olive oil it can become an ingredient in canapé or a fragrant addition to any dish. We will consider a certain variety of original and, at the same time, incredibly tasty "peppery" blanks.

If you have a grill, then warm it up, and if not, then light the gas burner and fry it over the topped sweet peppers. We are waiting for the skin to turn black. Under the grill, this procedure will take no more than 25 minutes. Fried peppers put in a plastic bag for 10 minutes, and after cleaning the blackened skin from the fruit and remove the core with the stem and seeds.

The bottom of the jar is covered with sliced ​​garlic and pepper slices. Do not pound the pepper, but lay out more freely, so that there is a place for oil.

Oil pour into a saucepan and reheat to 95 degrees Celsius. Fill the peppers with hot oil and close the jar with a lid. We leave it for storage in a cool place after cooling down.

Sweet peppers and half onions set on the grill and bake until soft. We extract the vegetables from the oven. Peppers put in a plastic bag for 10-15 minutes, then remove them from the charred peel, and put the pulp in the bowl of the blender. We also peel the onion and add it to the pepper. We rub the vegetables with a blender and pour the mashed potatoes into a saucepan. Add the mashed garlic paste, basil, salt with sugar and vinegar. We boil caviar until thick, about 10 minutes, and then poured into cans, rolled up, cooled and left for storage.

Now tell a simple recipe for a delicious piece of sweet pepper. Pieces of tomatoes, pepper, onions and cabbage are covered with salt, and then leave for 8 hours. After the time has elapsed, rinse the vegetables with cold water and transfer to a deep pan. Fill the contents of the container with vinegar, add sugar, honey, turmeric and mustard , and in a gauze pouch put a mixture of cloves, cinnamon and celery seeds. We put vegetables on a big fire and wait for the liquid to boil. When this happens, reduce heat and stew vegetables for 15 minutes, until the liquid is evaporated by a quarter.

We shift the salad into sterile jars and roll them up. Before installation for storage, we cool completely.
