Cooper was born into the family of Hugh Hefner and his second wife - the Kimberly Conrad model. At the time of the birth of the boy, his mother was 29 years old, and his father - 65. Cooper was the youngest child of Hugh: from his first wife the publisher had a son and daughter, and from Kimberley two sons-weathermen - Cooper and Marston.
After 10 years of marriage, Cooper's parents divorced, and Kimberly and her two sons moved to a luxurious mansion that was next door to the famous Playboy Manor. When Cooper returned and took over the post of creative director, the first thing he demanded was to return the "nudity." In February 2017, it was announced that the magazine was resuming publication of photographs of completely stripped models, and already in the March issue there were photos of Cooper's nude bride - actress Scarlett Byrne.
Personal life
Although Cooper is on duty from morning till night surrounded by the most beautiful girls in the world, he is not in a hurry to arrange a semblance of a harem, as his father did. For two years Hefner Jr. is in a relationship with actress Scarlett Byrne, who played the role of Pansy in the Harry Potter films. It was while watching "Potteriana" that Cooper first saw Scarlett. The girl liked Cooper so much that he asked his friend Scout Willis (daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore) to introduce them to each other.

This outraged the liberal Cooper.
In general, politics is very interested in Cooper. In one interview, he said:
