For prophylaxis of thrombosis and with angina pectoris, take 1 tablet (25 mg) 3 times a day. With coronary heart disease, the recommended dose of the drug is 75 mg per dose, also 3 times a day. The maximum one-time dose of the drug is 150 mg. The course of admission can last from several weeks to several months.

For the prevention of viral infections, usually 50 mg of the drug is taken once a day for a week.
