The afterlife - how do our dead live?

Probably, every person at least once in his life was interested in whether there is an afterlife after death or the soul dies with the body. Many are frightened by death, and to a greater extent this is due to the uncertainty that awaits ahead. Thanks to the achievements of modern medicine, resuscitation of the dead is not uncommon, so it became possible to know the sensations of people who were returning from the other world.

Is there an afterlife?

According to numerous testimonies of people who survived a clinical death, it was possible to calculate a certain scenario. At first the soul leaves the body and at this moment the person sees himself from the outside, which causes a state of shock. Many noted that they felt incredible ease and pacification. As for the notorious light at the end of the tunnel, some really saw it. After it passes, the soul meets with relatives or with an inexplicable bright being, which brings a feeling of warmth and love. It is worth noting that not many could see such a beautiful future afterlife, so some people fell into terrible places where they saw hideous and aggressive creatures.

Many died after a clinical death told that they could see their whole life, as if a film. And every bad deed was accentuated. Any achievements during life are unimportant, and only the moral side of actions is evaluated. There are also individuals who described strange places that do not resemble either heaven or hell. It is clear that the official proofs of all these words have not yet been obtained, but scientists are actively working on this issue.

How our dead live in the afterlife in the representation of different peoples and religions:

  1. In ancient Egypt, people believed that after death they would go to court to Osiris, where their good and bad deeds will be taken into account. If they outweighed their sins, then the soul was eaten by a monster and it disappeared forever, and respectable souls went to paradise fields.
  2. In ancient Greece, it was believed that the soul goes to the kingdom of Hades, where it exists, as a shadow without feelings and thoughts. To escape from such could only the elect for special merits.
  3. The Slavs, who were pagans, believed in reincarnation . After death, the soul reincarnates and returns to earth or goes to another dimension.
  4. Adherents of Hinduism believe that the soul after the death of a person immediately reincarnates, but where it falls will depend on the righteousness of life.
  5. The afterlife, in the opinion of Orthodoxy, depends on what kind of life a person leads, so the bad ones go to hell, and the good ones go to heaven. The Church denies the possibility of reincarnation of the soul.
  6. Buddhism also uses the theory of the existence of paradise and hell, but the soul is not always in them and can move to other worlds.

Many are interested in the opinion of scientists about whether there is an afterlife, and so science too has not been left out, and today research is being actively carried out in this area. For example, English doctors began to observe patients who survived a clinical death, fixing all the changes that occur before death, during cardiac arrest and after restoration of the rhythm. When people who survived a clinical death came to their senses, scientists asked about their feelings and visions, which led to several important conclusions. People who died, felt light, comfortable and enjoyable, with no pain and pain. They see close people who have passed away. People assured that they were enveloped by a soft and warm light. Moreover, in the future they changed their perception of life and no longer felt fear of death.
