The incident happened on New Year's Eve in Los Angeles. On December 31, Ricardo and his neighbor Josh Stutter quarreled because of the girl.

During the dispute, the actor hit a neighbor with a sword, then immediately called on the doctors and law enforcers. The doctors, arriving at the scene, stated the death of the victim, and the police arrested the suspect.

Insufficient evidence

Three days later Medina Jr. was released. Law enforcers, calming the public, said dryly that they do not have the necessary amount of evidence to arrest the actor.
