Composition of quartz vinyl tile
This material is a flexible multi-layer tile consisting of several PVC layers, pressed at a high temperature.
The outer layer is a safe and durable, transparent polyurethane coating that protects against mechanical, chemical, UV effects.
The second layer is a decorative film with a printed image responsible for the coloring and pattern of the coating. Thanks to him, quartz floor tiles can have the appearance of cork, metal, wood, marble and so on.
The third layer - this is the main layer of the coating, consists of polyvinyl chloride and mineral quartz sand.
The fourth layer is polyvinyl chloride, glass-fiber bonded, which prevents deformation of the tile.
And the fifth layer is a substrate, a balance layer on a vinyl base.
