While the oven warms up to 180 degrees, we lubricate the mold and we are ready to prepare the rest of the ingredients. We rub apples on a small grater, having preliminary peeled off them. Squeeze out excess moisture and combine everything with pumpkin puree and millet. As a sweetener, we chose maple syrup, but it can be replaced with syrup of sugar or honey in an equivalent amount. The final touch is spices, and you can mix the ingredients, and then spread them into a mold. Before you go to the oven, sprinkle a delicious pumpkin casserole with chopped nuts. We cook at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

If you cook a pumpkin casserole for a child, you can exclude spices from the recipe.
