Pepper stuffed with meat and rice

Fruits of sweet Bulgarian peppers are washed, dried, we remove stems and seeds. For the filling, we mix the cooked rice, the minced meat and two onions, as well as a mixture of peppers and salt. Stuff the resulting mixture with our peppers and add them to a saucepan of a suitable size.

Now in a large frying pan fry the finely chopped onions and the carrots passed through a small grater, then add the flour, after five minutes the tomato paste, lightly fry and add water to the volume required to cover all the peppers in a saucepan. Add salt and sugar, bay leaf, sweet pepper, chopped garlic clove, a mixture of freshly ground peppers, bring it to a boil and pour into a saucepan with peppers. Stew the dish for about forty minutes.

We serve the table hot, seasoning with sour cream and chopped parsley.
