Paper flashlight for decoration

What holiday does it cost without beautiful scenery? Although sometimes not enough finance for their purchase ... And what can be bought at a budget price, it is often better not to buy at all. But if you make a little effort, you can make magnificent scenery yourself. For example, paper lanterns - they will decorate any holiday, and making them is not difficult.

How to make paper lanterns?

To make a paper lantern with our own hands, we will need:

• the preparation of a flashlight;
• decorative paper;
• The gun is glued;
• punch hole or an object with a round base (for cutting circles.

Progress:

1. Take a punch hole and make holes in decorative paper. We need those circles that are obtained with this. Their number will depend on the size of your workpiece. In our case, it took about 70 pcs. If you do not have punch holes for large circles, you can make templates for the flashlight with your hands using a glass - circle its lower edge with a pencil and cut out the paper along the resulting contour.
2. Then take your workpiece, for example, it can be a paper ball-base. With the help of a glue gun we begin to glue it with circles on the principle of fish scales.
3. While sticking, make sure that your entire ball is uniformly graced, otherwise it will not look very good.

That's all, our paper lantern, made by our own hands, is ready.

Garland of paper lanterns

We need:

• simple electric garland;
• balloons;
• Painting tape;
• thin paper;
• acrylic paint;
• adhesive PVA and torque;
• procrastination;
• Plastic rings.

Performance:

1. We inflate small balls and for a tail stick tape to the table for convenience.
2. Next, we prepare the solution: acrylic paint, PVA glue, water (1: 2: 3). We take paper, better for papier-mache , tear into small pieces, dip into a solution and cover our balls. Each ball is wrapped in three layers, after letting dry each layer.
3. Then leave to dry for the night, after which we unfasten from the table, we burst the ball and cut out the hole in the paper a little less than the opening of the plastic ring. We fix the ring.
4. On the ring we fasten the wire and attach the flashlight to the garland. Done.
