Lily-Rose Depp confessed her anorexia

17-year-old Lily-Rose Depp continues to conquer the world of fashion, being a successful model. Recently, the daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Parady first starred for the French Elle. In addition to the photo, the November issue of the gloss published an interview with Lily-Rose, in which she unexpectedly confessed that she was fighting anorexia.

Very thin

Previously, the younger Depp was spoken of as the angular daughter of famous parents. Becoming an adult, the goal-oriented girl showed herself as a talented person with whom world brands and film directors are happy to cooperate.

The more often the name Lily-Rose appeared in the press, the more she was reproached for excessively thin and suspected of anorexia. In this case, Lily-Rose herself denied these rumors, saying that she is eating properly and has no health problems.

A difficult recognition

It is not known what inspired the model for the revelation, but in her interview to Elle magazine she told that she really suffers from a psychological eating disorder. Depp told that she faced anorexia several years ago and did not ignore the terrible illness, keeping it under control:

"For a long time as I grow up, I persistently struggle with this problem and I am proud of the results I have achieved."

She did not hide that she was terribly upset by the unflattering comments in social networks and the press about her appearance:

"This is very offensive and depressing, because I have put so much effort into fighting this disease. I was much younger when I found out about anorexia not by hearsay, it was incredibly difficult for me to cope with it. Everyone who has encountered this problem knows how hard it will be to return to normal life. "
