Kiryat-Motzkin in Israel is one of several suburbs of the major city of Haifa . Motzkin was founded in 1934 and the first inhabitants were Poles. Its name was given to the city in honor of the founder of the World Zionist Congress, Leiba Motzkin. The city serves as the public and commercial center of the Khiva Gulf.
