How to restore vision with myopia?

Today, when life can not be imagined without a computer and a TV, the burden on the eyes has increased significantly, and myopia is the most frequent violation of eye refraction. Let's consider methods of restoration and correction of sight at a myopia.

To prevent the progress of myopia, a hardware treatment is prescribed, which includes:

The purpose of the hardware treatment is to remove the spasm from the accommodative muscle and improve its performance, activate the blood supply to the eyes, and reduce their fatigue. As a rule, such treatment is conducted twice a year.

A new method of correction (correction) of myopia without surgery is orthokeratology. It involves exposure to special lenses during a night's sleep, thanks to which the cornea acquires the right shape for a while.

In addition, medications that relieve spasm of the eye muscles, as well as multivitamins or dietary supplements, may be prescribed.
