The situation is quite serious, because the wasps are quite aggressive insects. The first thing that can be recommended when solving the problem is how to get rid of the aspen nest on the balcony - contact the appropriate service at the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. If, for some reason or another, this is not possible, follow the advice of seasoned people and get rid of the nest yourself. For this, first of all, determine where the nest is located. Well, if it is within sight and reach. Otherwise, you will have to reconsider all the things that are on the balcony, especially those that did not move for a long time.
The wasps themselves can also suggest the location of the nest. Watch them where they most often come from and where they most often fly, there and look for the nest. Do not ruin it in any case! It may be dangerous! After discovering the nest, and before removing the hornet's nest from the balcony, it is necessary to stock up some materials and take certain precautions. So, you need some kind of insecticide (Dichlophos, Raptor), a tight polyethylene bag (its size should be such that it completely fits the nest), a sharp knife. To protect against accidental bites, wear dense clothes and gloves. Protect the head with a hat, on top of it, cover the mosquito net to protect the face (if possible, use a special headdress for beekeepers).
The work to destroy the aspen nest is best done during their least activity - late in the evening or early in the morning. On the nest carefully, so as not to disturb its inhabitants, put on the package. It should be pressed tightly against the surface, on which the nest is glued, leaving only a very small opening - through it an insecticidal drug is introduced. After waiting for about half an hour, so that the wasps have lost their vitality, cut off the nest with a knife. Package with a nest throw, but better burned, pouring any combustible substance. The place where the nest was fixed before, must be washed with disinfectants - this will save you from the accidental appearance of a new family aspen.
