Recipe for achamas with cheese

The preparation of Achma takes a long time and is a painstaking process, but the result compensates all the efforts expended.

To make a dough, whip 4 eggs until a stiff foam forms. Then add flour, water and salt to them, and mix everything thoroughly. Divide the dough into 8 parts and allow to stand for 10 minutes.

Wrap the dishes for baking with oil, lay a sheet of non-baked dough, which is also oiled, and then lay 4 sheets of boiled dough, lubricating each of them. Then evenly distribute the minced meat, and again lay 4 layers of boiled dough, lubricating them with oil, and at the end of the usual layer.

Cut the acmu into portions, slice the remaining oil into the slices and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Achma with cottage cheese

Ingredients:

Mix the flour, eggs, water and salt and mix the soft dough. Divide it into 6 parts, roll each one and 4 of them boil in water (30-60 seconds), and then transfer to cold water for cooling. Allow the dough to drain and begin to spread the dish.

The first layer is a non-welded layer of dough, sprinkle it with cottage cheese, after that place the boiled layers, pouring each of them with curd, and finish again with the usual layer. Lubricate it with beaten egg, cut aphma into portions and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Achma from puff pastry
