That is why, when acquiring new property, it is worth asking how to build a beautiful and comfortable gazebo , to organize the most comfortable recreation area.
This can be a cumbersome construction, reminiscent of a small house with furniture and a source of fire. However, if you are not too tuned for laborious work or do not have experience in construction, there is nothing better than building a simple gazebo with a barbecue or barbecue with your own hands. Agree, this option - just a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
In our master class we will show you how to build a gazebo in the shape of a hexagon, with a swing and a small hearth at your dacha. In our case, we chose the most picturesque part of the territory near the pond, among the many trees and greenery. Therefore, we will make an arbor without unnecessary partitions and roof, so as not to hide all this beauty from the eyes.
For the construction of a light and cozy gazebo in the country we need:
- wooden beams for racks 100 x 100 mm;
- wooden beams for the battens 50 x 100 mm;
- wooden beams 30 x 30 mm;

How to build a gazebo at the dacha with your own hands?
- First of all, we determine the place of erection of our design and clean the territory of excess garbage, sticks or stumps, so that the surface of the ground was even.
- Next, we make markings on the ground for the installation of wooden racks, according to our drawing.
- At six locations along the contour of the future gazebo, we dig out the holes for the racks using a hand drill with a diameter of 15 cm.
- Preparing the wooden racks. First, we trim six wooden racks with a height of 2.5 m (100x100 mm). Next, we measure 6 beams for the installation of a vertical supporting structure (100x100 mm) with a length of 1.5 m and 6 beams for the upper battens (50 x 100 mm) with a length of 1.5 m. At the same time, their edges are cut at an angle of 60 °. the right angle of 120 ° was formed by the beams.
- Before you build such a simple gazebo with your own hands, carefully sand the surface of all prepared beams with sandpaper.
- In the excavated pits, one after another, we put the wooden struts to a depth of 30 cm and bury them. For reliability, we fix beams using wooden slats (30 x 30 mm).
- Then we connect the racks to each other with wooden beams. They are fastened to the tops of racks with bolts, and we connect them with bolts. Thus, we have obtained a skeleton of the correct geometric shape. For convenience, we use a stepladder.
- Now you can proceed to the crate. Since the edges of the beams are cut at an angle, we can only attach them to each other and fix them to the frame with bolts and nuts. The junction of the edges of the crate is located at the center of each side of the hexagon.
- On the five upper beams we screw in 2 hooks for the swing.
