Honey Hair Mask

Honey is rightfully considered one of the most healing substances that nature has given us. It is hardly possible to find another remedy that can cure colds, relieve chronic diseases, and improve the condition of the skin and hair.

The use of honey for hair is not accidental: everything is explained by its unique composition, which is rich in trace elements, enzymes, minerals and vitamins. Using it regularly as the main ingredient of a hair mask, you can count on healthy and strong hair.

This ingredient can compete in its effectiveness with many ready-made cosmetics that have a different effect on curls: strengthening, toning, restoring, and even clarifying.

Lightening with honey mask for hair

Lightening hair with honey is a more gentle procedure than that performed in salons with the help of aggressive chemicals. Of course, to achieve 100% blond will not work, but to lighten the hair a few tones with the help of a honey mask is quite an achievable goal.

Take the necessary amount of shampoo for a single wash your head and mix it with soda (a quarter teaspoon). After the hair is washed with this remedy, apply pre-heated honey to them, evenly spreading it over the entire length of the hair. Then wrap the hair with food film and put on the shower cap to keep the hair tight. Honey should stay on the hair for 6 hours, therefore, this procedure is convenient to do at night. In the morning, honey should be washed off with warm water.

Honey Mask for Hair Growth

To accelerate the growth of hair and simultaneously make their structure denser and stronger, use castor oil. If it is combined with honey and vitamin E, then you will get a nourishing mask with a long moisturizing effect.

Honey mask with castor oil and vitamin E

Take 5 tbsp. l. honey and melt it in a water bath. Then mix with honey 2 tbsp. l. castor oil and 5 drops of vitamin E. The mixture is applied to the roots of the hair, and then distributed over the entire length. After 2 hours, the head needs to be washed.

Due to the fact that the honey will be heated, it will cool with dilution with oil, and the oil will become warm. These two substances are much more effective in affecting hair, if they are preheated, but at the same time, some of the beneficial properties are lost when heated, and therefore it is optimal to make 1 ingredient hot, so that the others are warm when mixed.

Honey mask for dry hair

In order to restore dry hair, you need to use yolk and burdock oil - the yolk will give the building material for thinned hair, and burdock oil will make the structure elastic.

Egg-honey hair mask

Take 3 yolks and mix them with 3 tbsp. l. honey. Then add 2 tbsp. l. burdock oil and apply the product on the hair along the entire length. If the amount of mask is not enough, then the proportions need to be increased 2 times.

The agent should feed the hair for about 1 hour, and then it must be washed off. Use this mask should not be more than once a week.

Honey mask against hair loss

Many people know that onion juice is the first remedy for hair loss, and in tandem with honey it becomes a real weapon against brittle and weakened curls.

Honey onion hair mask

Take 3 tbsp. l. onion juice and mix it in equal proportion with honey, which should be preheated in a water bath. Then massage the massage into the scalp and apply to the roots of the hair, after which you need to put on a shower cap. After 4 hours, the mask should be washed off with shampoo.

Before you use onion juice, you need to consider that its sharp odor persists for several days after washing your head. To weaken it, you can rinse your hair with 1 liter of water mixed with the juice of half a lemon.
