How to make a wooden shelf for flowers?

The shelf consists of a floor platform on four legs and four shelves, which are held on chrome racks. So, let's get started!
For manufacturing the shelf we need the following materials and tools:
- plywood with a thickness of 15 mm, impregnated with a moisture repellent;
- chrome tubes of the Joker system (diameter 25 mm) with a total length of 510 cm;
- flanges for pipes of the Joker system (17 pcs.);
- Furniture legs (4 pcs.);
- bushings with thread (5 pcs.);
- screws and screws;
- Furniture bolts (5 pcs.);
- furniture edge;
- an auto-enamel cylinder of the desired color;
- putty on wood;
- jig saw for curvilinear cut;
- a metal saw or a pipe cutter;
- screwdriver and drill;
- Sander;
- screwdrivers.
The first step is the marking of the contours of the shelf on the plywood. To do this, you can use the finished drawing of the flower shelf. We saw the parts with a jigsaw and immediately cut the spili.
On the lower platform, we mark the places for the furniture bolts and drill holes. On the remaining structural elements we measure the fixing points of the flanges. And in the places for the installation of flanges we drill holes with a diameter of 25 mm.

After that, the shelves can be painted, applying aerosol paint in two layers. Now the most important moment is the assembly of the structure. First, you need to fasten all the racks on the lower platform. We put the flanges on the racks and screw it with screws to the base.
By the same principle, we fix the following tiers of our design, the distance between which should be 30 cm.
After completing work with the shelves, fix the furniture supports (or wheels) on the lower platform of the structure.
